About

Nathan ClendeninWelcome to my website. I am a multimedia storyteller who most recently spent a year volunteering in Mamelodi, South Africa. Before that I worked at a local TV station’s website, WRAL.com in Raleigh, N.C., for two years as the multimedia producer where I was fortunate to win two Emmy awards. In 2006 I finished a master’s degree in Visual Communication from the University of North Carolina School of Journalism. For more on my work and education, check out my resume.

Armed with an array of multimedia related skills, I am seeking to collaborate with non-profits and other organizations to use cutting edge multimedia to tell the stories of great work they are doing. I also love shooting weddings where I use my experience in photojournalism to capture the story of the day. I am also available for photo sessions including engagement photos, family portraits, head shots and whatever else we can think up together. Just ask.

I am also Dad to two adorable boys and husband to one amazing wife! We attend Grace Community Church in Chapel Hill where I also serve as an elder. I love playing guitar and had my parents let me play drums back in 5th grade, I would likely be on tour somewhere. Thankfully, that’s not the case, though it’s nice to daydream about from time to time…
